Size and fitting issues

I ordered this dress in an XS, but it feels like it's a size M. The fit is extremely loose, especially in the breast area, which is surprising since I followed the size chart that matched my measurements perfectly. The waist is also very baggy and offers no corset-like fit as expected. Overall, the dress just sits awkwardly on my body without any structure. Disappointed with the sizing and fit.Also the straps are of no use they are just stiched together with dress.

Fitting , size issue

The size which I ordered was an XL but it was like I’m wearing a XXXL dress . Fitting , size issue is my main concern . On the top of that there are strips around the shoulder which aren’t even stitched evenly they’re just like , as if a rough cut and attached to the dress. The dress’s quality looks so degraded . Extremely unhappy with the service , clothing , size and fit issue . Overall a bad experience. Would surely love a full return or a feed note according to your company’s t&c’s.
