I bought this dress over a month ago and the wrong item was shipped to me. After promises that the correct item will be shipped to me I got a refund on Lea account even when I never asked for a refund. I do not understand if this clothing company does not understand how things works or if they don’t have the expertise nor the intelligence to communicate and do things the right way.
I have never had such a bad online shopping experience and do not trust this store at all. Please refund by money to my bank account as I do not want to buy anything more from your store as you may mess it up again.
