Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lea Clothing. We take great care in crafting each piece and hope you love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, please review our policy below for clear guidance on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Policy Applicability & Effective Date
- This policy applies to products purchased from the Lea brand and does not apply to products under the Saanjh by Lea brand

This Return, Exchange & Refund Policy is effective from 20 January 2026

Orders placed on or after 20 January 2026 are governed by this policy in full

Orders placed before 20 January 2026:
- Are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method
- Will be eligible for store credit only, subject to return eligibility and quality checks
2. General Conditions

All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled
-
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with:

All original tags intact
-
Tamper-proof ribbon seal fully intact

Orders once processed cannot be cancelled

Items once exchanged are not eligible for another return or exchange

All returns and exchanges are subject to quality inspection at our warehouse
Lea Clothing reserves the right to approve or reject any request that does not meet these conditions.
3. Returns

A ₹150 return pickup fee will be deducted from the refund value

Items returned with missing tags, a broken return ribbon seal, or signs of wear/use will not be accepted

Once received, products are inspected within 2 business days

Refund eligibility depends on the payment method and date of return initiation.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once the returned product is received and approved, refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours

Store Credit may take a few hours to reflect in your Lea account after processing

Refunds to the original payment method generally reflect within 5–7 business days, subject to standard banking and payment gateway timelines
Lea Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
6. Store Credit Terms

Store Credit is issued to your Lea Clothing account
-
Store Credit is non-transferable
-
Valid for 365 days from the date of issuance
-
Applicable only on future purchases
-
For orders placed via Lea PayLater (BharatX), store credit will be issued only after full repayment of all dues, as per BharatX policy
7. Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, visit:

A ₹150 shipping fee applies to exchanges on full-price items

Once your return is received and approved (within 2–3 business days), the exchange process begins
-
Exchange dispatch takes approximately 1-2 business days after inspection
Clearance Sale Exchanges

Clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
-
However, if the customer agrees to:

Pay the original full price (difference amount), and
-
Pay the ₹150 shipping fee,
the item will be treated as a regular-priced item and eligible for exchange -
Once upgraded, the item cannot revert to clearance status
8. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Products purchased during clearance sales

Products purchased during heavily discounted events, including but not limited to:

Black Friday / Cyber Monday (BFCM)

Lea Birthday Sale events
-
Lingerie
-
Swimwear
-
Customized items
-
Gift Cards
These exclusions are clearly mentioned on relevant product or sale pages.
9. Tamper-Proof Ribbon Policy (Mandatory)
All shipped products include a tamper-proof branded ribbon with eyelets, stating:
“'DO NOT REMOVE UNLESS SATISFIED WITH FIT • RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THIS TAG IS REMOVED OR TAMPERED WITH.”

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the ribbon is fully intact

Removal, damage, or tampering of the ribbon will result in automatic rejection of the request, as the item will be deemed used
10. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

A clear unboxing video must be recorded and shared with us within 2 days of delivery
-
For security and verification purposes, no claims will be accepted without an unboxing video
-
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for all orders
11. International Orders

Free returns or exchanges are not available for international orders
-
International customers may:

Request a return by paying for return shipping
-
Request an exchange by paying for both return and re-shipping
-
Refunds for international orders are issued as store credit only

Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

International clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the customer agrees to:

Pay the original full price, and
-
Bear both-side shipping costs
12. U.S. Orders – Duties & Tariffs

U.S. orders may be subject to customs duties, import fees, or tariffs as determined by U.S. authorities
-
Current tariff rates may be up to 50%, subject to change
-
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery
-
Lea Clothing is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges once the shipment reaches the U.S.
13. Policy Abuse & Final Decision

All returns and exchanges are subject to final approval after inspection

Lea Clothing reserves the right to:

Reject returns that fail quality checks
-
Restrict future returns in cases of excessive or suspicious activity

Decisions taken by Lea Clothing shall be final and binding
