Extremely disappointed and frustrated!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer support and services. It took a month to receive my initial order, and another month for an exchange. Despite multiple attempts to get sizing assistance, I received no useful help and ended up with the wrong size again. Now, I'm stuck with a product I can't use due to wrong size with no solution in sight (since there is no margin to make it fit), and there's no option for another return or exchange. The entire experience has been frustrating and unhelpful. I do not recommend this service.
