Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). While we strive to provide accurate pricing, errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, LEA reserves the right to cancel the order.

Product Care: LEA is not liable for any damage resulting from improper handling, washing, or failure to follow specific care instructions provided on the product label or Website.

5. Payments

While availing any of the payment methods available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:

Lack of authorization for any transaction.

Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between "Banks".

Any payment issues arising out of the transaction.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LEA be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind in connection with these terms of use, even if the user has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination and Severability

Termination: LEA may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the Website if we determine that you have violated these Terms.

Severability: If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

11. Force Majeure

LEA shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond LEA’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall b
