Very poor fitting, not at all true to size , quality is so so bad, took ages to deliver, very unprofessional company .

My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I had ordered a dress and i put it for return, the dress was picked up by the delivery on 19th September, it apparently didn't reach the warehouse till 30th September. I had to follow up with them multiple times and had to wait for store credit, customer executive was of no help. After 14 days ( after I followed up diligently), they gave me store credit and i placed the order for another dress ( I have no option my money is stuck) and now I am trying to find the status of my dress on their order page and the order page is not opening. I contacted their customer executive, I got a rude answer with a link to their shipping policy and mind you the dress that i returned was delivered very swiftly and now they are claiming to ship it in 10-12 working days. The whole purpose of ordering a dress from them was for a special occasion and given the delivery it seems I have lost my money and I don't get the product delivered on time. The policy on their website is solely for their convenience. Customer executive is rude and absolutely has no customer dealing experience. The product is cute as long as you don't have issues with size, exchange or return because that's when the ordeal starts. I will not be purchasing anything from their website and definitely do not recommend it to anyone.
