Black Friday 2025 Policy

1. Sale Structure & Offer Application

1.1 Active Offer Periods

  • 27–29 Nov 2025: Buy 1 Get 1 Free (B1G1)

1.2 How the Offers Apply

  • Offers are valid only on marked styles.

  • The lowest-priced item in the eligible set is offered as free.

  • Discounts apply automatically at checkout—no codes required.


2. Cart, Inventory & Order Processing

2.1 Inventory Allocation

Products are reserved only after successful payment. If multiple customers check out at the same time, the order that completes payment first is prioritised.

2.2 Order Confirmation

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. COD orders require confirmation via call/SMS/email. If unconfirmed within 7 days, they may be cancelled.

2.3 Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted only before dispatch.


3. Returns & Exchanges During the Sale

All B1G1/B2G1 orders are treated as one promotional bundle.

3.1 Exchange Eligibility (BOGO Orders)

  • Both items must be returned for an exchange. Since BOGO items form a promotional set, the paid and free item must be returned together to process an exchange.

  • Free items cannot be exchanged individually.

  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.

  • Changing styles, colours, or switching to higher/lower-priced items is not permitted during BOGO exchanges.

3.2 Return & Refund Eligibility (BOGO Orders)

  • Any refunds will be processed in the form of Store Credit only, which are valid for 365 days from the date of their issuance.

  • Store Credit can only be processed if both items (paid + free) are returned.
    The free item does not hold standalone monetary value. If returning a paid item from a B1G1/B2G1 set, both the paid and free items must be returned to receive full store credit.

  • If only the paid item is returned, a Store Credit cannot be processed.

3.4 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out within 48 hours and our customer care team will assist you immediately.

3.5 Non-Returnable Items

All free products under B1G1/B2G1 are non-returnable and non-refundable individually.


4. Payment & Delivery

4.1 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Requires post-order confirmation. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

4.2 Prepaid Orders

Recommended for faster processing. Priority dispatch may be given based on operational flow.

4.3 Shipping Timelines

Dispatch may take 4–6 days due to high volume. Delivery timelines depend on pincode and logistics partner performance.

4.4 Tracking

Tracking updates are shared automatically via email/SMS/WhatsApp once dispatched.


5. Conditions of the Sale

  • Offers are valid only during the published window.

  • Offers cannot be combined with extra discount codes. Lea reserves the right to amend or cancel the order as necessary.

  • Store credit can be used on sale orders only when logged into the corresponding Lea account.

Lea reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers based on operational requirements.
