Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Lea Clothing Co! We want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and store credits.
General Conditions

All return/exchange requests must be raised within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and returned in their original packaging, with all original tags and intact ribbon seal.

Processed orders cannot be cancelled.

Items once exchanged are not eligible for another return or exchange.
Returns

To place a return request, visit:

A ₹150 return pickup fee will be deducted from your store credit.

All approved returns are refunded as store credit only.

Once your return is received and inspected (within 2–3 business days), your store credit will be processed.

Items with missing tags, broken ribbon seal, or used/worn/washed condition will not be accepted.
Refunds (Store Credit Only)

Refunds are only issued as store credit to your Lea Clothing Co account.

For orders placed via Lea PayLater (BharatX), store credit will be issued only after full repayment of all dues, as per BharatX policy.
Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, visit:

A ₹150 shipping fee applies for exchanges on full-price items.
- Once your return is received and inspected (within 2–3 business days), the exchange process will begin. It will take approximately 7–8 business days to dispatch your exchange after inspection.

If the item was bought during a clearance sale, the following applies:

Clearance sale items are not eligible for return or even exchange.

However, if you're willing to pay the original full price + ₹150 shipping, the item will be considered a regular item and eligible for exchange.

Once upgraded, the item will no longer be treated as a clearance item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product is damaged or defective, you must share a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery.

For security reasons, no return or exchange will be accepted for damaged products without an unboxing video.

Please always record an unboxing video when opening your order.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

Lingerie

Swimwear

Customized items

Gift Cards
International Orders

We do not offer free returns or exchanges for international orders.

However, international customers may:

Request a return by paying for return shipping.

Request an exchange by paying for both delivery and return shipping.

In both cases, the refund will be issued as store credit only, excluding shipping charges.

International clearance sale items are also not eligible for return/exchange unless the customer agrees to pay the full original price + both side shipping.

Tariffs & Duties for U.S. Orders
All U.S. orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or tariffs as determined by U.S. customs authorities. The current tariff rate is 50%, though this may vary and is subject to change as determined by U.S customs authorities. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and will need to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Lea is not responsible for any customs-related delays or additional charges once your order reaches the U.S.
