Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are dispatched within 2 - 4 business days (valid from 24th January, 2025). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Clearance sale items will be shipped at a flat fee of Rs. 350. No express shipping rules will apply.

Express shipping is not valid on COD orders.

Products marked as ‘Ships within 24 hrs’ will be processed within 24 working hours, excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays. Orders placed on Friday evening through Sunday, or on a public holiday, will be dispatched on the next working day. The 24-hour timeline refers to business days only.

Prepaid Orders

All prepaid orders are processed and shipped at the earliest possible.

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS.

In case of cancellation of a prepaid order, no monetary refund will be issued. Instead, the full amount will be provided as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

International Shipping Policy

Charges will be calculated at Checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Lea Clothing Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Lea Clothing Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please note: Prepaid orders can't be cancelled as they are processed immediately.
