Lea Birthday Sale & Freebie Policy

To ensure a fair and seamless shopping experience for everyone, please review the following terms and conditions applicable to our Weekly Offers & Freebie Campaign.

1. Offer Validity

  • The weekly offers are valid only for the specified dates mentioned on the website.

  • Each week’s offer is exclusive to that week and cannot be carried forward, combined, or exchanged with offers from other weeks.

  • Offers are valid while stocks last.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • The offer applies only when the minimum cart value for the respective tier is met:

    • First Tier: ₹2,999

    • Second Tier: ₹3,499

    • Third Tier: ₹6,999 and above

  • Cart value is calculated after applying base discounts but before shipping charges.

  • If the cart value drops below the qualifying amount due to returns, cancellations, or refunds, the offer will no longer be valid.

3. Freebie Details

  • Freebies are pre-selected styles, and colors as mentioned in the weekly offer details.

  • Freebies cannot be exchanged, returned, customized, or substituted for any other product, cash, or store credit.

  • If the freebie goes out of stock, Lea reserves the right to replace it with a similar product of equal or comparable value.

  • Only one freebie per order is allowed, regardless of cart value.

4. Charms & Customization

  • Charms (alphabet, alloy-based, or glass-studded) are available only on eligible products mentioned in the weekly offering.

  • Placement, quantity, and style of charms are subject to design feasibility.

  • Products with charms or any form of customization are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • If an order that includes a freebie is returned or exchanged:

    • The freebie must be returned unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

    • If the freebie is not returned, its MRP will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Customized products (including charm additions) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Standard return and exchange timelines apply to eligible non-customized products.

6. Order & Account Limitations

  • The offer is valid per order.

  • Lea reserves the right to cancel orders that appear to be placed for commercial resale or misuse of the offer.

  • Multiple orders placed to bypass offer limits may be cancelled at Lea’s discretion.

7. Shipping & Fulfilment

  • Freebies will be shipped along with the main order and cannot be shipped separately.

  • Dispatch timelines may vary slightly during high-volume offer periods.

8. Offer Modification Rights

  • Lea reserves the right to modify, pause, or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.

  • In case of any dispute, Lea’s decision will be final and binding.

9. General Conditions

  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promo code, bank offer, or influencer code, unless explicitly stated.
